All Aboard for True Amor – Released OCTOBER 2021

Life’s dull. High school love’s a disaster. Sage basically has one option—indulge in passionate, over-wrought Spanish soap operas. And then one day, Sage wins a chance to meet a star—a passionate, over-wrought Spanish soap star.

He’s teen-sensation Emilio Mirazza of the telenovela Dos Amores and Sage joins him for a ten-day train tour of the U.S. Once aboard, she witnesses the last thing she expects—Emilio being stalked by an anonymous cyber bully. Forget love. Now it’s all private detectives, undercover sleuthing, and saving Emilio’s career by nabbing the villain. With romance the last thing on Sage’s mind, could romance turn out to be the most covert mission of all?

Excerpt

I gasp. “Ninja—that’s it!”

A ninja with secret skills. Felix isn’t the saboteur; he’s working for his dad, like Olivia said. His dad is the one who’s got secret skills—secret detective skills.

“Your dad,” I sputter. “He’s a private detective—the one who works for Dos Amores. That’s who you were texting.”

His brows lift. “Not bad. But I guess even villains can manage to gather decent info. Dad’s lucky he landed the case. He has some contacts in Buenos Aires.”

I stamp my foot while Dylan the Manager draws our attention from the stage.

“…when a show inspires as much awe as Dos Amores, enemies can be made,” he’s saying. “But don’t fear. We will make sure Sage is far from the train when we take off to our next concert. Emilio will be informed of her treachery.” He stretches out his arms. “Without her, the tour will be a success.”

Fans cheer.

A security guard who looks like a Secret Service dude escorts me to a black SUV that could be part of a presidential motorcade. Numb, I open the back door and take one of the fancy captain’s chairs. Felix gets in next to me. The vehicle’s engine starts with a low rumble.

I’m officially exiled. I’m exiled and even if I do meet Emilio somehow, he’ll hate me.

My romantic life is ruined.
